I bought an iphone 4 maybe 4s and I haven't gotten it unlocked yet but I want too use it for an iPod. I don't have a SIM card that will work/fit so it won let me use the phone. Is there anyway I bypass the screen?! PLEAAAASE help!!

If you bought this phone secondhand and are being asked for an Apple ID and password that are not your own, you need to return the phone for a refund or try to get the original owner to remove it from their account.
Activation Lock cannot be bypassed.

Doesn't even ask for Apple ID. Because I don't have a sims card in it .
If there is no SIM in it, you can't even use it as an iPod. You must put a SIM into the phone, and, if the phone is still locked to a particular carrier, you must use a SIM from that carrier.
The SIM does not have to be associated with an active account but it must be present in the phone.
