Q: Purchases, Billing & Redemption Sub Issue
I submitted this on April 23 and have not heard a word back from you except the automatic email acceptance response. I would like these charges credited immediately!!! I would also like a response. We have spent many weeks trying to get this figured out. Please respond!!!

On April 3rd, my son was trying to purchase gems for $5 or $10 and the card was not processing so apparently he kept trying. Meanwhile, he never received the gems and we have the following random charge amounts on our credit card. My husband has previously contacted you and we can see that one of the charges for $10.92 and one for $5.95 was refunded to our MasterCard. I do not even see a charge for $5.95 so not sure what is going on there. Total charges on this day were $175.60. you credited $16.87 so that leaves a balance due of $158.73. Please let me know if you need more information.
