Anyone found a workaround to "disable app nap" in Safari?
I've left feedback with Apple over the issue. I have a situation with several browser windows open and Safari keeps killing the plugin apps,
even after checking the "don't pause plugins" in Safari preferences.

You can disable App Nap by selecting the app inthe Finder and clicking Get Info. There's a checkbox to stop it.
However, App Nap should not kick in under the circumstances you describe. It should only nap if there are no visible windows. So your issue may be somethign else.

I don't that option is available in Safari - seems to be more for third-party apps.

There has to be a terminal workaround or something until Apple fixes it.

Check the Console app in Utilities folder to see if any relevant messages are being left at the time.
Safari might be killing the plug-ins, but not actually napping.
