Q: PLZ HELP ME

SIR I HAVE IPHONE 3G 8GB MODEL NO:MB633C IMEI NO : 011612001091171 IN CANADA USING FIDO SIM CARD BUT NOW I GAVE THIS CELL TO MY FRIEND WHO LIVE IN PAKISTAN .BECAUSE THE CELL WAS IN PAKISTAN IT WAS LOCKED .SOME HOW HE FLASH IT THE CELL BUT IT WAS MAKING HANG AFTER REINSTALL THE PHONE . SO PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ITUNE VERSION SHOULD HE INSTALL IT AND WHAT UPGRAAGE HE WILL NEED.

    Was the iPhone unlocked by the carrier it was locked to prior to sending to your friend?

    Honestly, it sounds like this friend hacked the iPhone to unlock it, if that is the case, no support can be provided here.

     

    Install the current version of iTunes.  Or any version desired, this has nothing to do with the lock status of the device.
