Q: Your purchase could not be completed

Ive read the steps to solve it but still its not solved does anybody know how to solve this error message and yes i have added money to the account

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1

    Is there also a message "Please contact iTunes Store support"? If yes, please do so. In this case you need to contact Apple. An iTunes Store advisor will have a look into it and can resolve. For me it was account related and there was nothing I could do (except contact Apple).
