Hi
I received an email from appleid@id.apple.com mentioning Shipping and/or billing address changes were made. However I did not do any changes. When I logged into my account and I see a different Billing address.
Who should I contact for this and how my address got changed.
Any help much appreciated.

First at all I would suggest to reset your password and security questions. If an unknown person changed your Apple ID information, I also would contact iTunes Store Support to check if anything else was changed:

You can also check your purchase history for purchases not done by you:

Maybe somebody in your household uses your iTunes account as well. So I suggest to ask all people in the same household too.

still strange that it can be changed so easily, and after my own expeirnce i think all it takes to hack an i tunes email with all emails included is 20 mints, ( someone did hacked my id and sadlly itunes donot suport helping when its the real time for a real help needed, TRUST ME THAT DONT HELP) soo dispointred from apple and itunes customer, please read terms and privcy ,non are protected
i hope you know that Even if you got the resuce email and all other emails linked to your iutnes or apple id, its not a prove thats it belongs to you!! is this even make any seance? so why the need for rescue email if it do nothing with id verify or
had my itunes id highjacked since dec 2014 and every time i ask for som help even beggig for som help to get my id back ,the custmer care kept asking me same strange sequity ustions ,and when i didnt answer corectyl ,they said the RESCUE EMAIL i had wroth nothing, even the fact i got all purcahses history during last year and over 2k usd purchases i had many cases nombers and ech time they promise to help but non could resolve my issue or even resue my id!!! my 620 usd my cc and my perosnal stuff all gone and Non could help or even fffer help, i hope that they will take a resonbale action before filing offical case as chargeback and also my personal stuff and my money been disbaled and they dont want to give it back ,my case nombers is 717756282 and case nomber769008607
** i spoke with 5 dividers and non of them could understand my issue or tried to resolve it!!!
