Q: Want to transfer from one laptop to a new one then sync to ipod.

I have a new laptop.  I seem to have managed to transfer my itunes library but it doesn't seem to sync onto my ipod.  Having just purchased Blurred Lines, I can see that this is not syncing.

Help?
