It sounds like you have a printer connected to your printer and want to print from your iOS devices to it. The printer in question would need to support a function called AirPrint to be able to do so. Here is more information on that:
AirPrint
AirPrint is an Apple technology that lets you create full-quality printed output without the need to download or install drivers. AirPrint is built in to many printer models from most popular printer manufacturers. Just select an AirPrint printer on your local network and print from your favorite iOS or OS X app.

what printer are you trying to print from
you need to check the link above to see the full range of airprint enabled printers
if yours isn't you can try various apps like hp eprint or print n share
