Forget the restriction pass code, can the apple store send to me to reopen and change the code?
Can apple store help me to send back the old pass code, then I can change to a new one for safety!

It sounds like you need to reset your Restrictions passcode. According to the following article, you will need to restore your iPhone as a new device:

If you lose or forget your Restrictions passcode, you will need to perform a factory restore to remove it.
If you are not referring to a Restictions passcode, would you elaborate on the passcode you are attempting to reset?
