I press lost mode to find my iPhone 4s but my wife find it but it look like is blanck and donot do anything what ca i do

It sounds like you are unable to unlock your phone after putting it into Lost mode, because the screen is blue. I would reset the phone with this:

To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

That should force the phone to restart, so you can enter the passcode to get the phone out of Lost mode.
