Q: Im frustrated because i can't update my apps from the apple store. Keeps asking me to put my credit card information and when I do, it asks me to "redeem my code or gift certificate" which I have neither. I can't get into the app store unless this is done

Need help to my inquiry....Thank you

    First, make sure you're using a true credit card (not one of the prepaid "credit" cards or a debit card) and that it was both issued by a bank in your country and has its billing address there. Then make sure you're entering in the billing information exactly as on your credit card statement.

     

    If all that is true and you still can't get the card accepted, go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store and request assistance.
