Q: Changed apple ID, a pop up 'sign in to icloud', no access to even settings...

I changed my apple ID, it is form my old company.

I have not used my Ipad for 3 weeks. In every start trial, I meet a pop up 'sign in to icloud' ...

Even I can not access my settings...
