Q: I've been trying to get an email for a month to reset my security questions and I have not received one but I do receive promotions to buy new songs and apps. Can I please just get the email

Does Apple even respond to emails?

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.


    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    Tôi có 1 em trai.Nó mới cho tôi cái điện thoại iphone 4g 32gb white nhưng nó lại không nhớ mật khẩu icloud,nên tôi không thể nào xoá được tài khoản đó.Anh chị có thể giúp tôi được không vậy ?
