If you are able to connect to your network but are not receiving internet, you may be experiencing a self-assigned IP address. Try power cycling your router and testing the results. If the issue persists, I would recommend going through all of the steps in the article below.

Was it bought directly from Apple? From a supported carrier? From an independent, non-Apple shop?
Cellular data should not be related to WiFi, but in Settings you do not have the 3rd choice in the list as "Cellular"? Is that what you mean?
For fixing WiFi, start by rebooting your router - remove all power from it for about 15 seconds. Even if every other device in the household works.
