Yes. However, the iPhone 4 is discontinued. Keep in mind that the iPhone 4 is the oldest model that still runs the current version of iOS and does not get all of the features of iOS 7 available to the 4S and higher. Eventually, it will reach the point that it can not be updated (everything does). It's going to be next on the chopping block as far as iOS support goes. You may not want to buy a phone that's going to be left in the dust quite so soon.
