I'm having trouble verifying my apple iTunes account . How do I set up my iPad air .

    You may want to setup as new again.

     

    Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings.

    9. Terms and Conditions

     

     

    10. Accept

     

     

    11. (a) Use iCloud (b) Don't use iCloud

    13. (a) Create a Passcode (b) Don't Add Passcode

     

     

    14. Select

     

     

    15. Continue
