Thanks Michael, as you can see, I have no idea what i'm doing or talking about.... Adobe flash player 13 gets to about 50% installed then asks me to 'Please quite the following programs to conitnue' 'Safari'. This is where I'm having trouble.... and I have no idea what to do next. I've tried to close Safari, but then it cannot connect to the site. Any ideas?

1. You must first download the installer from the site I posted a link to.

2. Then quit Safari. Not "close," but "quit." You do this by pulling down Safar > Quit Safari.

3. Then find the file you downloaded in your downloads folder and double-click the .dmg to mount it.

4. Double-Click the "install flash player" icon in the window that opens and follow the instructions.

1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All

Press the "Delete All" button

Install Adobe Flash Player.

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Download it first. Click Safari in the menubar and select “Quit Safari”.

Follow the prompts and install it.

Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.

2. Allow Plug-ins

Safari > Preferences > Security

Internet Plug-ins > "Allow plug-ins"

Enable it.
