Q: I can't reset my documents and data

I can't reset the data and documents in the clouds, i have keybaord shortcuts and they are not syncing between my mac's

each mac has his own set of shortcuts .. i need to sync 'em

can anyone help ?

i'm getting this msg every time i do a reset, i can't reset anything

please help
