Can't view purchased TV programs on Apple TV

I used to be able to view TV programs purchased on Itunes on apple TV however I have had a problem with them just "loading and loading" and nothing happening - I can see them through the computer icon but not through the purchased where I have always viewed them! Help

Have you restarted your router and AppleTV?

If not try that, sounds like a connectivity issue - maybe at your end, maybe at Apple's end..

Yes started everything but still no go - I did an update on the tv for apple tv so not sure if that has something to do with it?
