Q: I am trying to reset my security questions but the email never arrives which means I cannot buy any apps! I've checked my email address and it's correct - this is a problem on apples site. Please respond?!?

I am trying to reset my security questions but the email never arrives which means I cannot buy any apps! I've checked my email address and it's correct - this is a problem on apples site. Please respond?!?

 

I hate these security questions - so old school - no one ever remembers them! If anything we should be able to create our own questions - feeling so annoyed

 

And this will be the second time I ask this question that nobody answers

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.


    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
