Wie kann ich es nun mit meiner Apple ID verknüpfen?

You will have to install the original Operating System that came with your Mac whern it was new.
That will then create your own ID that will be associated with your Mac.

Is there any other way?
No. You haveto start as if this were a brand new Mac. All software purchased and installed by the former owner are property of that person. Only the original Operating System is considered as a part of the Mac.
If the MBP is an early 2011 or prior model, you should have received installation disks. If the MBP is a late 2011 or later model, then you can install the original OSX via OPTION-COMMAND-R on startup.
