lost the ability to Send new emails from my iphone

I have 1 outlook account and 2 hotmail accounts on my iphone 5.

I seem to have done something on the outlook advanced settings and lost the ability to send new email messages from any of my accounts!

I can reply and received but not send new message.

Can anyone help please?
