Q: Icloud backup issue

I changed my Apple ID e-mail as i lost access to my previous e-mail, however now when i want to backup my i-cloud, i need to verify with my old email instead of my new email provided, im wanting to backup icloud now as i got a new iphone recently, and i cannot transfer my data over because of this, please help, urgent.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.6
