Q: Can I set up Mac App store without credit card info? This computer is for my kids.

I'm setting up a mac for my kids. I don't want a credit card associated with the app store, but I want access to free apps for them. How do I sign up for the app store without a credit card? I already found a tutorial online, but it is outdated. The option for "none" is no longer there.
