Q: idont see scaner

Thank you for the question.  It sounds like you are trying to use a scanner with your MacBook Air. 

First, I recommend using the steps in this article to set up your scanner:

Once your scanner is set up, you can use Image Capture (located in the Applications folder) to scan documents or images.  Use the steps in the section titled “How to scan” in the following article:
