heey am sam from kuwait

my dear i have 1 ipad 2 wifi 16 GB with box bring in from some store adn this store its close so this i mail i try to unlock my ipad when i update to ios7 so its need the e-mail sote from this store so i dont nw wht i will do i try evry thing and i have the orginal box with me i formnat many time and i but in dfu mode its same thing

If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must contact the previous owner to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the previous owner return the device to where you bought it and get a refund. You will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

Is this a used iPad?

With iOS 7 there’s no workaround.

They should have done this.

i knw that i have a moblie shop and i have many peaple the do like that and they forget the email and password even if u reset the email its same so the email is lose ,,, if i want to send email to some one help me can u send me link to contact please any help or any ways tnx

No one can help you. You need the AppleID and passcode used to

originally activate the iPad. This is a security feature called Activation

Lock. There is no workaround.
