I need to start a numbered list on number 5 and can not override the numerical sequence. Pages automatically starts on numer 1 and I can not find a way to change it.
iMac (27-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
On the Format > Text > Bullets & Lists > Numbered selection, see the following that works in Pages v5.2.
I don't get the same drop down list that you are showing above. I have attached a screes shot of what my drop down looks like.
When you click on the name string, “Bullets & Lists,” it will unfold into the image that I posted, and you can then set the list number.
