Can't change my Apple ID
I've changed my Apple ID back to mine from someone else's in settings and off/on my iPad, but when I go to download an app it still comes up with the other persons id! Please help?

Apps are always tied to the Apple ID that was used to download them, and can't be transfered to a different Apple ID.
