how do I transfer my music from my i phone to my windows 8 computer
I am trying to sync my music from my IPhone 4S to my Gateway Desktop with Windows 8.1 operating system and it's not working. Has anyone successfully done this?

The iphone is not a storage/backup device.
The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.
