You cannot connect iPhones using Bluetooth...they do not match the protocol for use of Bluetooth to one another.

No, you cannot connect two iPhones using Bluetooth, you need to use personal HotSpot for that, Settings > Cellular > Personal HotSpot to setup and use one iPhone as the wireless connection for the other.
No this game play with Bluetooth via 2 iPhones and doesn't need hotspote it works with 2 5s
