I have 5 times charged on my credit card to get Itunes on my Ipad but finally I could not access the Ipad and how I can be get refunded the extra charge

I have tried to use my app store on IPAD, its requiered registeration and entering my Credit Cards Details In UAE. Its charged me 5 Times and still I could not get Itunes. Any one can help how I the extra chrges can be refunded.

Those are most likely authorization holds and they will eventually fall off the account without charging you any money.
