iPad 3, A1430

Hi there

I have this iPad 3 model number A1430. The spec says it support LTE. but I couldn't find the Switch to activate the service.

I have been upgrading software, restoring everything but no hope. Is there a special way of loading to see, the TURN LTE ON/OFF button? Instead of

Cellular data On/Off only?
