Q: after syncing iPhone to iTunes on macbook, purchased ringtones are no longer on iPhone

Where do I locate ringtones and text tones purchased that did not show up on my new iphone after syncing with itunes on my macbook? i did a computer backup and use the cloud and itunes match.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1
