Q: My Iphone will not pair with my car.

I purchased a brand new toyota van and I have been trying to pair my Iphone 5 with the car's phone settings. When I do this is comes up as unsuccessful. I've turned the phone off, deleted the phone from the van's audio system (it will work with my music player but not my phone). I can't pair it. Any suggestions?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1
