Parts of the printer work. It will fax out and it will print items pasted into MS Word. It just won't print from email. Can you give me suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Save to PDF from the print dialog, and try printing the PDF with Preview or Adobe Acrobat Reader.
I tried to save to PDF, but that wasn't an option. It only gave me web archive as a choice. How do I do that?
I appreciate the idea given. I am still having trouble because I couldn't figure out how to save to PF. It wasn't an option. I did download Internet Explorer and can print from email that way. It is strange how I have to switch browsers to print when it used to work. I was wondering if you have any other ideas. Thank you.
Try opening an email, press COMMAND P and make sure that the correct printer is selected at the top of the pane. You can also save as a PDF at the bottom left of this pane.
My HP Officejet J4550 used to work with my Mac OS X 10.6.8. It won't print from email. I have re-installed the printer driver from the CD, uninstalled all HP printer drivers and reinstalled them, and downloaded drivers from the HP site. Help?
