hello i have a movie with code placed it and its not downloading
i have a movie with download code not working it says thank you it will down load in a few and nothing is happaning

It sounds like you entered a redemption code for a movie, but the movie is not downloading. I would be eager to download and watch to the movie as well. I found a couple of resources that might help with downloading this purchase.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted. You can use the steps in this article:

If the movie does not download after following the steps in that article, I recommend trying to download the movie from your list of past purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to redeem the code, you will not be charged again. You can find the steps to do this in the following articles:
