Transferring musics from one user account to a new one

If I transfer my musics in my library from one user account to a new user account, will everything be the same? Will the number of plays for the music be the same or will it reset? The reason is because I have a user account that basically is shared by me and my sister. I have itunes with my own music in there and eveytime she would add new musics in there and I don't want that. I also want to keep track of how many times I play a certain song. If I share the same itunes with my sister then I will get inaccurate numbers of plays of a song. Therefore, I want to know if I can create a new user account and add all my music into that new user account with everthing being the same? Especially the numbers of plays of a song. Help? I have itunes sync with my ipod and all my music files are saved on my usb.

No reason to be an impatient fool. These are user to user support forums, we respond when we have something relevant to say on the subject. If you're in that big of a hurry, try searching the forums for a solution to your own issue.

Content is permanently tied to the Apple ID that it was acquired with.

If it is disturbing you then no need to say such thing. What I meant is that the music is on itunes on a library on one user account on the computer. I want to transfer every music from that library of the old user account to a new user account's library.

Please learn to clearly communicate your issue the first time.

Simply copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the current users music folder to the new users music folder.

About the iTunes library files

Your iTunes library files track the media you add to iTunes, how you've organized it, and other information such as playlists. By default, these two files are in your iTunes folder:

Mac OS X: /Users/username/Music/iTunes/
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\
Windows Vista: C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes\
Windows 7: C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\
Windows 8: C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\
