i have tryed restart and recovery mode but nothing seems to work

my iphone 5c is refusing to work it has been constantly turning on and turning off for the past hour and a half 😟

i have tried recovery mode and restarting it but still i am getting zero results. but the screen is not frozen because the slide to unlock button is still lighting up😕
