One Click ordering in iPhoto

I am trying to order photo book on iphoto 8.1.2 but it says my apple cannot be used for one click ordering, any reason why?

You mean, your Apple ID cannot be used for one-click ordering?

If you create a new Apple-ID in iPhoto, it should automatically have 1-click enabled. If you use a previously created Apple ID, change the settings on the "your account" page:

http://store.apple.com/uk/account/home

Look at the Account settings section of the page and change the settings for Express check-out.

The above link is for the UK. If you are in another country, go there from the Apple Store home page:

User uploaded file

in iPhoto '11 and Aperture Purchasing is automaticaly enabled, see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1050

for the older iPhot version you need to change the settings.
