i have sprint iphone 5c and i want to unlock it,factory unlock,how it will be done

Only Sprint can unlock the phone. You'll need to contact them.

Note: "factory unlocked" means that the phone was purchased as an unlocked phone. Once it has been locked to a carrier, it can never be factory unlocked, just unlocked.

You must be Sprint's customer, in good standing, for previous six months for them to consider for an unlock. Most likely they will unlock it for non-US carriers.

Sprint are known to be pretty tough-nut to crack. You are out of luck.

Unlocking using unofficial sources (other than Sprint) is neither supported by Apple nor here on this forum.
