Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with the iTunes Store after changing your Apple ID.
Use these steps to change the Apple ID signed into the iTunes Store on your iPhone and iPad:
Sign in with a different Apple ID
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
- Tap your Apple ID.
If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.
- Tap Sign Out.

- Enter your Apple ID and Password and tap Sign In.
Or if you don't have another Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID.
