Q: Charged but not downloaded!

I tried to download 2 apps about a week ago. Sleep talk recorder and The official DSA theory test kit for car drivers. The latter was to help me with my car theory test. Neither down loaded! I've since taken my theory test so no longer even need the app. But I have just been charged for them both! on order no MH2DL47LF5!! I cant even find an address to contact app store to explain! What on earth is going on and who do I contact to clear this up???
