my face time apps are missing for last 2 months,

i m purchasing for this mobile on qatar .

model no -A1429

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1, model ND298AE/A

many arab countries force apple to remove the app 100%
it's a build in app and one can't install it manually

Facetime is banned in the country where that phone was originally sold.

You don't get facetime on that device and never will.
