How do I make my music louder?

On my iPhone 4 and iTunes on my laptop, the sound from the music from CD's and bought from iTunes aren't as loud as the music I downloaded from Soundcloud, YouTube converter or the music I made from FL Studios, also, when I go onto apps like Deezer, Bloom.fm, Soundcloud and Spotify on my phone, the music is louder and better than the music from CD's and the iTunes store.
