Is Ipad A1475 supported mobile calling in India or not. Can any body clarify my doubt. Is it possible in India?

iPads do not have mobile calling capability. You must mean iPhone.

The iPad is not a phone. The only way to make calls from an iPad, regardless of the country you're in, is to use one of the voice-over-IP services such as Skype.
