i cant sign in my apple id in app store

please tell me why i cant sign in the apple id i made in app store?

the option is only bank card,visa,amex and mastercard no word of "none"

i cant still download some apps on my phone because its still cant sign in my apple id on app store.

anyone can tell me what I'm gonna do.
