Try resetting the iCloud Documents & Data Service to see if that resolves the issue. It will not delete anything and resets the syncing documents between devices.

If resetting the Docuemtns & Data service did not work, the you may find more information by using another one of Apple's support resources.

Thanks but I looked everywhere on the internet support and I also called the Apple assistance, but they didn't help at all. I'm quite desperate because I really don't understand why it doesn't work only for pages and numbers whereas icloud works for ical… and this just since five days on my Mac book and not for my ipad or iphone.
That's why I joined the community. But maybe I should just go in a Apple store :S
