Is adobe flash player compatible with ios7?

I have heard that adobe is not compatible with ios7 and therefore one cannot open ecards on an ipad or iphone. Is this true and if so how does one get around this problem?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7)

Adobe never developed a version for iOS and has stopped developing

for other mobile operating systems.

Search the AppStore for browsers claiming to support flash. Puffin and

iCab are mentioned frequently in this forum, but there are others. Some

will work on some sites and not on others.

Adobe has never supported Flash on mobile devices.

If you are referring to ecards.com, it works very well on ipads, there are many ecard apps available in the app store.

Are any of these what you're looking for?

It is true. Flash is not supported on any iOS device.

There are however, a few Web Browsers in the store that offer varying degrees of Flash support.

You can try with one of those and see if they open the E-Card.

Puffin, Skyfire, Photon, just to name a few.

Thanx for your advice. I recently sent ecards from my imac via care2.com/ecards to family members in USA and Australia who all have ios enabled devices and were therefore unable to open the ecards. I don't own an ipad or iphone and was unaware that ios is not adobe flash compatible.

What I found surprising though is that one relative could not open the ecard on a mac book air but I don't know what browser he uses. I just assumed that all browsers are flash compatible. Thanx again.

Hi. There are browsers in the app store that can support Flash, Photon for example. They do it in a rather tricky way, but they do work. They may no be fast enough for on-line games, though.

Go to apps store download a web browser called Photon it has flash player.
