May 5, 2014 2:02 PM in response to petrqby léonie,How did you buy Aperture? As the boxed retail version?
Install Aperture 3.2.4 on your new mac using your installer disks - it does not matter, that you cannot run it.
Then download the updater for Aperture 3.4.5 from the Support page -use this link:
Now try to launch Aperture and enter your serial number.
Then sign into the AppStore with your AppleID, and you should be able to upgrade to version 3.5.1 from the AppStore.

May 5, 2014 4:22 PM in response to léonieby petrq,I bought it online, via App store. So not the boxed retail version. I don't have a serial number or anything like that. Or I don't know that I would have it somewhere...

May 5, 2014 9:15 PM in response to petrqby William Lloyd,If you bought it from the App Store, then just log into the App Store, go to your "purchased" tab, and download Aperture 3.5.1 on your new machine. You won't have to pay again.

May 8, 2014 1:11 PM in response to William Lloydby petrq,That was the first thing I did. Aperture isn't on the list... So I thought I had to be mistaken and asking a wrong question then. But if I did not buy Aperture, then I don't understand where I could get it. I don't think I stole it!
So I gave up and clicked to buy it again. And the system told me that since I already had bought the Aperture, "this update" is for free.
So I hope that this experience helps other people as well.
Thank you both for your answers, for you time!
Cheers.
