I just received a text message from the number 1-(200)-100-003, and it contained the following:
Does anyone know what this is? Should I delete it and move on? Was this intended to be a legitimate text, from a legitimate sender, or just spam?

Looks like spam, I find a lot of these 3rd party companies have been calling cell phones more and more. Its annoying but I would just forget it unless it becomes regular then you can just block the number.

Report unwanted ("spam") SMS and MMS type messages to your cellular provider. Contact your carrier for additional details.
Look in the Messages conversation thread to determine if a message was sent via iMessage. Messages sent via iMessage are labeled as "iMessage" above the message in the text field. SMS and MMS type messages read "Text Message" instead.
Thank you! I figured it was spam, but I was unsure.
The text message looked similar to the ones I used to get. Like you, I was confused so I Googled it and found out that it was because my mobile device did not recognize the language the spam text message was written in. But just the same, it was a spam so I reported it to my telephone service provider and had the phone number blocked.
I also reported the sender's phone number to http://www.callercenter.com to raise a warning. Remain vigilant guys!
